By purchasing or using any Exonware product you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our software.
By accessing exonware.cc, purchasing a license, or using any Exonware product or the Exon Launcher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our site or products.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any Exonware product. We do not knowingly sell to minors, and purchases made by misrepresenting your age may be voided.
Each key you purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for the duration of your subscription on a single device (HWID-locked). You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any Exonware product.
Our software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for any consequences of using it, including account bans, and for complying with the game's terms of service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or account action resulting from use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they do not apply to you.
DMA products require a DMA card, a Fuser, a Makcu, and a secondary PC. By purchasing a DMA product you confirm you have, or will obtain, the required hardware. No refunds are granted for missing or incompatible hardware.
All sales are final once a key is activated. Refunds are only considered for a verifiable product defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels with evidence. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes result in immediate termination of your licenses, and termination under Section 13 does not entitle you to a refund.
Prices may change at any time. Prices in effect at the time of purchase apply to each key; keys are one-time purchases with a fixed duration, and no automatic renewals or recurring charges apply.
Anti-cheat software can detect or ban a product at any time. "Undetected" reflects current status only and is not a guarantee against future detection. Detection does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.
Products may enter an "Updating" or "Patched" status at any time due to game or anti-cheat changes. We make no guarantee of continuous availability.
Exonware is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Behaviour Interactive, or any other publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Products are not available in certain countries, including sanctioned jurisdictions and countries where such software is prohibited by law. We may refuse or block purchases from any jurisdiction at any time. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or other means to purchase or use products from a restricted country, and you may not purchase products through another person, payment account, or third party to circumvent geographic restrictions. If we determine that a purchase was made from or for a restricted jurisdiction, we may revoke the license; in that case, access will be terminated and the purchase may be refunded at our discretion.
Your email address and hardware identifiers (HWIDs) are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements. You may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked and no refund will be issued for any reason, including for the unused portion of a subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in Wyoming courts, at our election. Your consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not limited by this section.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
